- How does the free trial work?
- You get 14 days free with everything included. You add a card when you start, and you're only charged when the trial ends. Cancel before then from Settings and you won't pay anything.
- Does my client pay anything?
- No. Your client opens the link you send them. They don't make an account and never see a price.
- What happens if I cancel?
- You keep access until the end of the month you've paid for. After that your projects pause, and your client links stop working until you subscribe again.
- What if I run out of storage?
- Delete older videos to make room. 250 GB holds a lot of monthly content: around 1,000 one-minute Reels at typical export sizes.
- Can I change plans?
- There's only one plan, with everything in it. You manage billing and cancel from Settings.
