What gets saved
Every approval writes one line in the client's approval record:

- The name your client types when they approve. No account needed on their side.
- Which version
- The version number and file name, so there's no question about which cut was signed off.

- The date and time, saved the moment they press Approve.
- A copy for both of you
- You get an email, and your client can get a copy too. The full record saves as a PDF.
How it works for your client
They open the link you sent. This month's videos are there, sorted by month. It works on a phone.
They watch and either leave notes or approve. Notes are pinned to the exact frame. If something needs changing, they send their notes and you upload a new version to the same link.
They approve with their name and download the final. Downloads only unlock after approval, so a draft never gets posted by mistake.

- Is an approval in Relayyed legally binding?
- Relayyed keeps a clear, dated written record of who approved what. It isn't an e-signature service. What an approval counts for depends on your agreement with your client, so it's worth adding a line saying approval in Relayyed is final sign-off.
- What if my client wants changes after approving?
- Upload a new version and it goes back to them for review. The earlier approval stays in the record, so you can always show what was approved and when.
- Can my client approve several videos at once?
- Yes. When more than one video is ready, they can approve them all in one go, and each one is saved in the record.
- Does my client need an account?
