Privacy
Relayyed stores what it needs to run your projects and bill your subscription. It doesn't sell personal information.
Your account
Signing up stores your email, the name you enter, and a login session. Passwords are handled by the authentication provider. You can delete your account in Settings. That cancels your subscription and deletes your projects, videos and notes straight away. Stripe keeps its own records of past payments.
Projects and videos
A project stores its name, your client's email if you add it, and its private link. Each video stores its file, a still from it, its file name, size and dates. Files are only served through short-lived private links, to you or to someone with the project's link.
Clients
Clients don't make an account. When they leave a note, Relayyed stores the note and the time in the video it's about. When they approve or ask for changes, it stores when. The project's owner sees all of it.
Relayyed emails your client when you send them new work, and emails you when they ask for changes or approve something. Emails are sent through Resend.
Payment
Payments are processed by Stripe. Relayyed stores a Stripe customer id and your subscription status. Card numbers stay with Stripe.
Cookies
The site uses a cookie to keep you signed in. There are no advertising or tracking cookies.
